Adoro bolos com uma cara mais rústica. Esse em especial foi servido num almoço de família. O bolo foi feito com massa de baunilha e recheado com ganache de chocolate branco e de Nutella.</div>

Depende. Se optar em fazer em casa (receita <a href="http://paraquemgostadebolo.blogspot.com.br/2012/12/passo-passo-receita-de-pasta-americana.html">aqui</a>) você vai reduzir seu custo drasticamente, mas vai usar muito tempo para sova-la e tingir. Eu, pessoalmente, prefiro comprar porque é mais fácil e dependendo da cor, melhor. Provavelmente porque seu bolo está muito úmido ou o recheio é muito molhado. Frutas, por exemplo soltam água. Para evitar isso, procure recheios mais consistentes e antes de cobrir-lo passe uma camada de ganache para selar e nivelar o bolo.</div>

Sempre com corante em gel. É melhor. Os corantes nacionais são bons. Dependendo da cor não há necessidade de comprar o importado. Os corantes devem ser a base de água e não lipossolúvel (estes são para chocolate). Há corante em pó que podem ser usados também (lipossolúveis da marca Lullycandy). Pedi uma remessa recentemente para testar.</div>

<b>6) Meu bolo fica deformado.</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Provavelmente a massa é muito fofa e/ou ele não foi prensado adequadamente. Você pode fazer qualquer bolo. Se a massa for fofa demais, prense o bolo (forre a assadeira que fez o bolo com um plastico firme e grande; comece a montar as camadas; quando terminar feche com o plastico e coloque algo por cima para prensar; use no dia seguinte cobrindo todo o bolo com ganache; deixe firmar na geladeira antes de usar).</div>

Uma coisa que está muito na moda nas festas é o biscoito no palito. É uma delícia e fácil de fazer. Você pode decorar com glacê ou pasta americana. Eu, particularmente, prefiro o glacê. </div>

Depois de muitas levas de biscoitos, observei algumas coisas que funcionam e outras não. Quem sabe dividindo com vocês eu também não aprenda algo novo. Sempre aberta ao aprendizado!!!</div>

4) Colocar o palito e depois transferir para a assadeira</div>

6) Não pré aquecer o forno</div>

7) Não usar papel manteiga ou alumínio (falarei dele mais adiante)</div>

1) Não é qualquer receita que funciona. O biscoito depois de assado deve ser do tipo durinho que faz o barulhinho quando mordemos. <a href="http://paraquemgostadebolo.blogspot.com.br/2013/10/massa-200g-de-acucar-refinado-200g-de.html">Aqui no blog já postei a receita que uso</a>, aprendi com minha tia e para minha surpresa já vi em vários livros.</div>

2) Sempre use manteiga de boa qualidade em temperatura ambiente. Se estiver muito dura, a amoleça durante 1 minuto na potência <b>mínima </b>(no meu é 10).</div>

3) Não sove demais a massa.</div>

4) antes de usá-la deixe na geladeira por pelo menos 1 hora. Sim, ela ficará dura! Se ela estiver bem firme isso facilitará e MUITO a sua vida, pois quando cortar seus biscoitos não ficarão deformados e a colocação dos palitos será muito mais fácil.</div>
